A Control ball valve structure having a ball member with upstream and downstream circular edge portions defining the entrance and exit ports of the ball member which ports are positioned adjacent the upstream and downstream seat members. Each of the circular edge portions has a generally arcuate groove or indentation therein positioned on the circumferential segment of the respective circular edge portion initially clearing the adjacent associated seat member upon rotation of the ball member from a fully closed position thereby increasing substantially the flow area exposed to fluid flow upon the initial opening of the valve member.
The water control ball valve helps you control the flow rate of your water in-line. By turning the ball valve to the desired aperture you can regulate the discharge side of your pump for the exact flow you desire. Allows for complete shut-off for the system during maintenance.

Richards, two and three piece trunnion mounted ball valves for most high pressure process services, including oil and gas, LNG, and gas processing and distribution. Available in a wide range of materials to suit most process conditions, with flanged ANSI or weld end connections.
Triac "V" Series Ball Valves are ideal for achieving more precise control with the simplicity and sealing features of a ball valve. We offer them 1/2" - 4" in a 3-piece design and 1" - 6" flanged. The standard "V" notch options are 30 degrees and 60 degrees. While they are available as manual valves, we specialize in automating them to suit your particular control requirements.
